Our rules are pretty light. It's the least possible to help us achive our goals and not get us in legal trouble.

You may not use everypizza.im services to break Texas or US law. Brute-forcing passwords, DDoSing, unnecessarily using system resources, "pentesting", etc. is strictly forbidden. If you see abusive content on our services, please report it. When possible, please try to solve small conflicts on your own. If a user is actively engaging in harassment or abuse towards you, it is very important that you report it to help us take down the harrassing content.

Privacy is also important. When you access these services, the mininum possible is logged. For XMPP, the admins are sent a notification with your chosen username and that is it. For Sharkey, the software for some reason requires your IP used for registration to be logged. If you do not like this, you may use a VPN or service like Tor. Our disks also have full disk encryption. Data is only acessible by Nyx and 2 others it trusts with its life.

While we try our best to keep services running as much as possible, outside factors can effect the stability of our services. As everything is self-hosted at home, do not store vital information on our services.
